【摘要】 目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合水飞蓟宾对老年非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者肝功能及血脂水平的影响。方法 90例老年NAFLD患者随机分为两组各45例,对照组给予水飞蓟宾进行治疗,观察组给予阿托伐他汀钙联合水飞蓟宾进行治疗,比较两组患者的肝功能、血脂指标、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的ALT、 AST、 ALP、 TC、 TG、 LDL-C均显著低于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合水飞蓟宾治疗老年NAFLD可明显改善患者的肝功能指标和血脂指标,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with silybin on the liver function and blood lipid levels in elderly patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with silybin, and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with silybin. The liver function, blood lipid indicators, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the ALT, AST, ALP, TC, TG and LDL-C of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions Atorvastatin calcium combined with silybin in the treatment of elderly NAFLD can significantly improve the blood lipid indicators and liver function indicators of patients, with good safety.更多还原
