【摘要】 目的探讨综合化疗方案治疗晚期食管癌的效果。方法 70例晚期食管癌患者根据治疗方案的不同分为NF组、 NP组、 FP组,比较各组的治疗效果及预后。结果三组的RR、 DCR、毒副作用发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。NF组的无进展存活时间中位数显著高于其他两组(P <0.05)。结论 NF方案可显著提高不能手术切除的晚期食管癌患者的无进展生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods 70 cases of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were divided into the NF group, NP group and FP group according to the treatment programs, to compare the curative effect and prognosis. Results No statistical difference was found among three groups in the RR,DCR or incidence of toxic side effect(P >0.05). The median progression-free survival time of the NF group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P <0.05). Conclusions NF program can obviously improve the progression-free survival time of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma who cannot be surgically removed.更多还原
