【摘要】 目的探讨阴道镜下活检在诊断宫颈病变中的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月期间于我院行阴道镜下活检的150例患者,观察诊断结果。结果阴道镜诊断与病理诊断完全符合率为84.00%,其中宫颈炎诊断符合率为95.24%,CINⅠ级诊断符合率53.13%, CINⅡ级诊断符合率为85.71%, CINⅢ级诊断符合率为70.00%,宫颈癌诊断符合率为100.00%(P均>0.05);对于CIN和宫颈癌,阴道镜的诊断敏感性为77.97%,特异性为78.02%。结论阴道镜下活检能够提高宫颈疾病诊断的准确性,降低漏诊率,是早期发现癌前病变和宫颈癌的安全、可靠的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of colposcopic biopsy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods 150 cases of patients undergoing colposcopic biopsy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected. The diagnostic results were observed. Results The total coincidence rate of colposcopic diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis was 84.00%, the diagnostic coincidence rate of the cervicitis was 95.24%, the diagnostic coincidence rate of the CINⅠ level was 53.13%, the diagnostic coincidence rate of the CIN Ⅱlevel was 85.71%, the diagnostic coincidence rate of the CIN Ⅲ level was 70.00%, and diagnostic coincidence rate of the cervical cancer was 100.00%(all P >0.05). For CIN and cervical cancer, the diagnostic sensitivity of the colposcopy was 77.97%, and the specificity was78.02%. Conclusions Colposcopic biopsy can improve the diagnostic accuracy of cervical disease and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis,which is a safe and reliable method for early detection of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.更多还原
