【摘要】 目的观察中医正骨手法结合PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的100例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机平均分为两组。对照组单纯给予外固定架治疗,观察组给予中医正骨手法结合PFNA内固定治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、骨折愈合时间及治疗前后的Harris髋关节功能评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组的Harris髋关节功能评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中医正骨手法结合PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果优于单纯外固定架,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 100 cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with external fixator, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with PFNA internal fixation. The clinical effect, fracture healing time and Harris hip function score before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group(P <0.05). The fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P <0.01).Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the Harris hip function score between the two groups(P >0.05); After treatment, the Harris hip function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.01). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fractures has better effect than that of external fixator alone, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
