高敏C反应蛋白及降钙素原检测评价肝硬化患者全身炎性反应综合征的效果分析
Analysis on the Effect of High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein and Procalcitonin Detection for the Evaluation of Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome in Liver Cirrhosis Patients
【摘要】 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)用于评价肝硬化患者全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)的临床价值。方法选取2015年4月至2017年8月于我院就诊的肝硬化患者80例,其中肝硬化合并SIRS者41例为观察组,单纯肝硬化者39例为对照组;另选取体检健康者39例为健康组。比较三组的hs-CRP、PCT水平,并比较观察组和对照组不同结局病例的hs-CRP、PCT水平。结果治疗前,观察组的hs-CRP、PCT水平显著高于对照组和健康组(P<0.05),对照组与健康组的hs-CRP、PCT水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组的hs-CRP、PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后的hs-CRP、PCT水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的死亡病例在治疗后的hs-CRP、PCT水平显著高于存活病例,且观察组死亡病例的hs-CRP、PCT水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP、PCT检测用于评价肝硬化患者SIRS具有较高的临床价值,且hs-CRP、PCT水平与肝硬化合并SIRS患者的预后密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) for the evaluation of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS) in liver cirrhosis patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to August 2017 were selected, including 41 cases of liver cirrhosis complication with SIRS(observation group) and 39 cases of simple liver cirrhosis(control group). Another 39 cases of healthy subjects were selected as healthy group. The levels of hs-CRP and PCT of three groups were detected, and the levels of hs-CRP and PCT of patients with different outcome in two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and PCT of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the healthy group(P <0.05), while no statistical difference was found between the control group and the healthy group in the levels of hs-CRP and PCT(P >0.05); After treatment, the observation group had significantly decreased hs-CRP and PCT levels compared with pre-treatment(P <0.05), and no statistical difference was found between the observation group and the control group in the levels of hs-CRP and PCT(P >0.05). The levels of hs-CRP and PCT of death cases were significantly higher than those of survival cases in both groups(P <0.05); Among the death cases, the levels of hs-CRP and PCT of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions The detection of hs-CRP and PCT has high clinical value in the evaluation of SIRS in liver cirrhosis patients, and the levels of hs-CRP and PCT are closely related with the prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis complication with SIRS.
