【摘要】 目的探讨呼吸道综合护理应用于重症颅脑外伤患者中的临床效果。方法选择80例重症颅脑外伤患者,根据护理方式的不同分为两组各40例。对照组实施临床常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施呼吸道综合护理,比较两组的呼吸道相关并发症发生率、SAS评分、SDS评分及护理满意度。结果研究组的呼吸道相关并发症发生率为2.50%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道综合护理可有效降低重症颅脑外伤患者的呼吸道相关并发症发生率,缓解患者治疗期间不良心理,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing of respiratory tract for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods 80 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were selected and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given clinical routine nursing, and the study group received comprehensive nursing of respiratory tract on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of respiratory related complications, SAS score, SDS score and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of respiratory related complications in the study group was 2.50%, significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree in the study group was 97.50%, significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing of respiratory tract can effectively reduce the incidence of respiratory related complications in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma, eliminate patients’ adverse psychology during treatment, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
