【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病出院患者后续治疗的遵从性。方法选取我院收治的200例糖尿病出院患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规出院健康宣教、随访干预,试验组在对照组基础上采用后续治疗遵从性个性化干预措施。采用后续治疗遵从性调查评定量表对患者进行遵医行为和健康行为量化性评价。比较两组患者出院后3个月、6个月及12个月的FPG、Hb Alc水平以及遵从性调查评定量表评分。结果出院后3个月、6个月、12个月,试验组的FPG、Hb Alc水平均明显高于出院时(P<0.05),但显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。出院后3个月、6个月、12个月,试验组的遵从性调查评定量表评分均明显高于出院时(P<0.05),并显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论后续治疗遵从性干预可提高糖尿病患者出院后的治疗效果,有效稳定血糖水平,提高遵从性,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the follow-up treatment compliance of diabetic patients after discharge.Methods 200 cases of diabetic patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine discharge health education and follow-up intervention,while the experimental group received follow-up treatment compliance personalized intervention on the basis of the control group.Follow-up treatment compliance survey assessment scale was used to quantitatively evaluate patients’ compliance behavior and health behavior.The FPG and Hb Alc levels and score of follow-up treatment compliance survey assessment scale 3 months,6 months and 12 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results 3 months,6 months and 12 months after discharge,the FPG and Hb Alc levels of the experimental group were significantly higher than those at discharge(P <0.05),but significantly lower than those of the control group at the same period(P <0.05).3 months,6 months and 12 months after discharge,the scores of follow-up treatment compliance survey assessment scale of the experimental group were significantly higher than those at discharge(P <0.05),and significantly higher than those of the control group at the same period(P <0.05).Conclusions Follow-up treatment compliance intervention can improve the treatment effect of diabetic patients after discharge,effectively stabilize the blood glucose level,and improve the compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
