基于Android平台的移动式燃气调压站监控系统设计

【摘要】 为解决燃气小型调压站分布广、实时远程移动式监控难的问题,以STM32为主控芯片,结合GPRS无线技术和互联网Android平台设计燃气调压站远程实时监控系统。系统采用STM32微处理器实时采集现场压力、温度、流量以及泄漏情况数据,并以GPRS无线的方式上传数据至云服务器。Android终端连接至云服务器可以实时获取调压站数据,并根据末端需求实时调整现场电气设备参数。测试结果显示,该系统实现了对多个调压站数据实时移动式监控,并具有运行稳定可靠、操作简单特点。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of widely-distributed of small gas regulator stations and the difficulty of real-time remote mobile monitoring,this paper designed remote real-time monitoring system of gas regulator station with STM32 as the main control chip combined with GPRS wireless technology and Internet Android platform. The system used STM32 microprocessor to collect data of real-time pressure,temperature,flow and leakage,and uploaded data to the cloud server by GPRS wireless. The Android terminal connected to the cloud server can collect the station’s data in real-time and timely adjust parameters of electrical equipment according to the need of the terminal. The test results show that the system realizes the real-time mobile monitoring of data of multiple gas stations with stable operation and easy operation.
