基于SAW-RFID的电力电缆温度在线监测技术研究

【摘要】 电力电缆运行温度是反映其运行状态的重要参数,在线监测其运行温度可及时确定电力电缆的局部过热,估计电缆绝缘性能,发现安全隐患。文中在分析对比现有测温方法的基础上,提出了一种基于声表面波射频识别(SAW-RFID)系统的无源无线测温系统,并详细介绍了SAW标签的设计原理,采用RFID测试仪对SAW标签进行了测试。文中通过实验证明了该系统的可行性,并基于该系统对XLPE电缆进行了实验,实验结果表明SAW-RFID系统测温结果与热电偶测温结果基本一致,实现了电力电缆温度的远程实时监测。

【Abstract】 The temperature of power cable is an important parameter to reflect the running status of cable,online monitoring the temperature of power cable can identify partial overheat timely,estimate the performance of insulation,and find out potential security risk. Based on the analysis and compare of temperature monitoring methods,then a passive wireless temperature monitoring system based on SAW-RFID( Surface Acoustic Wave Radio Frequency Identification) system is proposed,this paper describe the design principle of SAW tags in detail,test for SAW tags are carried out by RFID tester. Then proves the feasibility of the system by experiments,and make experiments on XLPE cable,results show that the temperature monitoring by the proposed SAW-RFID system and the conventional thermocouple shows high consistency,realize online monitoring the power cable’s temperature.
