高精度石英振梁谐振式传感器测试系统设计
Design of Test System for High-precision Quartz Vibrating Beam Sensor
【摘要】 为了满足高精度石英振梁谐振式传感器的测试要求,设计了一种基于FPGA的带实时温度监测的双路等精度频率采集系统。系统采用Verilog语言模块化编程方法实现双路等精度测频原理和ⅡC实时通讯,然后运用基于FPGA的SOPC技术完成自定义测频测温IP核的封装,并通过调用各种IP核构建SOPC硬件,最后利用NiosⅡ软核处理器实现频率值和温度值的浮点解算、LCD显示、串口通讯等功能。该设计方案通过仿真和实验验证了测试系统以50 Hz采样频率运行时,测频精度达到了10-6。
【Abstract】 To meet the test requirements of the high precision quartz vibrating beam resonator sensor,a dual equal-precision frequency acquisition system with real-timetemperature monitoring based on FPGA was designed.Modular programming method of Verilog was firstly used to achieve dual equal-precision frequency measurement and IIC real-time communication.Then the custom frequency and temperature measurement IP was packaged based on SOPC technology of FPGA,and the SOPC hardwarewas constructed by calling other IPs.Finally Nios Ⅱ soft-core processor realized thefloating-point calculation of frequency and temperature values,LCD display and serial communication.The results of simulation and experiments show that the frequency measurement accuracy of the system is 10-6 when the sampling frequency is 50 Hz.
