基于AD623信号处理的压力变送器设计
Design of Pressure Transmitter for AD623 Signal Processing
【摘要】 针对传统压力变送器电路结构复杂、输出信号线性度低的问题,设计了一种全新的压力变送器。系统以AD623精密运算仪表放大器为核心,解决了硬件结构复杂,输出信号线性度差、工作不可靠、不易组网等问题,实现对现场压力的实时检测与控制。该系统主要包含AD623压力信号采集、微控制器、总线通信以及电源处理部分,与传统压力变送器设计方法相比,具有测量精度高、输出线性度好、数据传输稳定可靠、噪声比低等特点,为压力测量仪表的进一步研究提供了一定的参考。
【Abstract】 A new pressure transmitter was designed for the complex structure of the traditional pressure transmitter circuit and the low linearity of the output signal.The AD623 precision instrumentation amplifier is the core,which solves the problems of complex hardware structure,poor linearity of output signal,unreliable work and easy networking.It realizes real-time detection and control of on-site pressure. The system mainly includes AD623 pressure signal acquisition,micro-controller,bus communication and power processing part,compared with the traditional pressure transmitter design method,it has high accuracy,good output linearity,it is stable and has reliable data transmission and low noise ratio characteristics,thus providing a certain reference value for the further development of pressure measuring instruments.
