丛式井电磁防碰信号采集系统设计
Design of Electromagnetic Anti-collision Signal Acquisition System for Cluster Wells
【摘要】 丛式井电磁防碰是精确控制复杂结构井钻进轨迹的核心技术。基于主动防碰测距原理,研制了丛式井电磁防碰信号采集系统。硬件电路设计包括三轴传感器选型、前置放大滤波电路、A/D转换电路,数据传输系统的硬件设计;在软件设计上完成了CZT数字滤波编程和上位机界面的设计。经过实验,首先验证仪器可靠稳定,能够迅速地处理淹没于强噪声环境的微弱电磁随钻信号;其次所研制的邻井距离探测信号采集系统,最大有效测距距离可达50 m,可以满足丛式井的钻井工程实际需求。
【Abstract】 Electromagnetic anti-collision technology of the cluster wells is the core technology of the precise control of drilling trajectory for complex structure wells. Based on the principle of active anti-collision ranging,cluster wells anti-collision electromagnetic signal acquisition system was designed. The hardware circuit design include three axis sensor selection,preamplifier and filter circuit,A/D conversion circuit,the hardware design of data transmission system. In software design,the design of digital filter included CZT programming and PC interface. After the experiment,the first reliable validation instrument can quickly handle submerged in strong noise environment,weak electromagnetic MWD signal; Secondly,the maximum effective distance of the designed adjacent wells detection signal acquisition system is up to 50 m,meeting the needs of the cluster well drilling engineering actual demand.
