【摘要】 目的分析钼靶X线检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析延安大学附属医院2015-07～2017-06收治的158例经病理确诊的乳腺癌患者临床资料,比较钼靶X线检查和彩超诊断乳腺癌的准确度。结果钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌诊断符合率为89. 24%,高于B超诊断符合率76. 58%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。钼靶X线检查对浸润性导管癌、导管内癌、浸润性小叶癌诊断符合率高于彩超诊断。结论钼靶X线检查诊断乳腺癌,具有较高应用价值,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyze the application value of mammography x-ray in diagnosing breast cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data which comes from patients who had been confirmed breast cancer by postoperative pathology in Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from July 2015 to June 2017. Compare the accuracy between mammography x-ray and Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of mammography for breast cancer was 89. 24%,which was significantly higher than that of B-ultrasound diagnosis( 76. 58%). The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The diagnostic accuracy of mammography for invasive ductal carcinoma,intraductal carcinoma,and invasive lobular carcinoma was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound. Conclusion The mammography x-ray has much application value in diagnosing the breast cancer,which deserves clinical promotion.更多还原
