【摘要】 目的探讨不同孕期甲状腺功能指标的参考区间。方法选取2017-04~2017-09在延安大学附属医院妇产科就诊的600例孕妇,应用电化学发光免疫法筛查TSH、FT4、TPOAb,建立甲状腺相关指标的参考区间,并对TPOAb和TSH的相关性进行分析。结果孕早中晚三期的TSH分别为:0. 144~3. 952 m IU/L,0. 251~4. 067 m IU/L,0. 826~4. 339 m IU/L; FT4分别为:16. 932±2. 591 pmol/L,14. 828±2. 420 pmol/L,13. 934±2. 201 pmol/L。TSH水平与TPOAb呈正相关(P <0. 05)。结论筛查孕期甲状腺功能有其必要性,建立本地区不同孕期甲状腺功能指标的参考区间有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discussion on the various reference intervals of thyroid function during pregnancy. Methods600 cases in the obstetrics and gynecology of Yan’ an university hospital from April 2017 to September 2017 were analyzed. In order to establish a reference interval of thyroid-related indicators,electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to screen TSH,FT4,and TPOAb,and the reference interval of thyroid-related indicators was established. The correlation between TPOAb and TSH was analyzed. Results The TSH in three pregnancy phases are as follows: 0. 144 ~ 3. 952 m IU/L,0. 251 ~ 4. 067 m IU/L,0. 826 ~ 4. 339 m IU/L; The FT4 in three pregnancy phases are as follows: 16. 932 ± 2. 591 pmol/L,14. 828 ± 2. 420 pmol/L,13. 934 ± 2. 201 pmol/L. The level of TSH are positively correlated with TPOAb( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Screening the thyroid function during pregnancy is necessary.
