hsa-miR-199b-5p与足细胞损伤的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics analysis of hsa-miR-199b-5p and podocyte injury
【摘要】 目的 初步论述miR-199b-5p的生物学功能并初步判断其与足细胞损伤是否有关。方法 应用miRbase、UCSC等数据库对miR-199b-5p的序列进行保守性分析;然后选择miranda、miRDB及TargetScan三个数据库预测人类的miR-199b-5p(hsa-miR-199b-5p)的靶基因,取其交集;最后运用基因本体论(GO)功能注释以及京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)信号转导通路富集分析,探究miR-199b-5p靶基因可能相关的细胞功能和信号通路。结果 生物信息学分析发现,miR-199b-5p具有多种功能,其多个潜在靶基因涉及足细胞损伤发生、发展过程。结论 miR-199b-5p可能与慢性肾脏病的发病机制相关,并为临床治疗提供了可能的潜在的新靶点。
【Abstract】 Objective To identify the potential biological function of miR-199b-5p and to determine whether miR-199b-5p is associated with podocyte injury.Methods The sequence of miR-199b-5p was analyzed in a conservative manner using miRbase and UCSC databases.Then,the target genes of miR-199b-5p were predicted using miranda,miRDB and TargetScan databases.Finally,the cell functions and signaling pathways regulated by miR-199b-5p target genes were investigated through gene ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway analysis.Results According to bio-informatics analysis,miR-199b-5p has multiple functions,some of it potential target genes were involved in development of podocyte injury.Conclusions MiR-199b-5p may be related to the pathogenesis of CKD and provide a potential target for clinical treatment.
