【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中驱动蛋白Kif2a、骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达及与临床病理因素的相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测95例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Kif2a、OPN蛋白的表达,并结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果 与癌旁组织相比,乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Kif2a均呈强表达,OPN蛋白均为阳性表达(P<0.01)。Kif2a、OPN蛋白在浸润性导管癌中的表达与组织学分级、临床TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小及年龄无关(P>0.05)。Kif2a表达与OPN表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Kif2a、OPN蛋白表达水平的检测对乳腺癌的转移潜能及预后判断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Kif2a,osteopontin(OPN) in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its correlation with clinical pathological factors.Methods The levels of Kif2a and OPN were detected through immunohistochemistry using samples from 95 patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma,while patients’ clinical pathological factors were analyzed.Results Compared with tumor adjacent tissues,high expression of Kif2a and positive OPN expression were found in breast invasive ductal carcinoma(P <0.01).The expression of Kif2a and OPN were positively associated with histological grade,TNM stage and lymph nodal metastasis(P <0.05),rather than tumor size and age(P>0.05).Kif2a expression was positively associated with OPN expression(P <0.01).Conclusions It is useful to detect the levels of Kif2a and OPN for evaluating the metastatic potential and prognosis of breast cancer.更多还原
