食用紫肉甘薯新品种南紫薯014的选育与栽培

【摘要】 南紫薯014系南充市农业科学院于2005年用优质食用甘薯品系2-565和优质食用紫薯品种渝紫263杂交获得种子,2006~2012年进行鉴定、比较选育成功的一个紫肉食用型甘薯新品种.在2010~2011年的四川省甘薯品种区域试验中,平均鲜薯产量为17 040.0kg/hm~2,平均干物率30.9%,平均薯干产量6 208.5kg/hm~2;生产试验中,平均鲜薯产量为22 243.5kg/hm~2,平均薯干产量7 378.5kg/hm~2.区域试验多点取样分析知,鲜薯总糖质量分数为7.55%,蛋白质质量分数为0.83%,维生素C 0.249mg/g,花青素0.375 2mg/g,硒0.39μg/g.该品种于2013年8月通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定,鲜薯产量高,熟食味甜,富含花青素,商品性好,中抗黑斑病,耐贮藏,是适于食用及食品加工的紫肉甘薯新品种,适宜在中等肥力以上的田块种植.

【Abstract】 Nanzishu 014 is of great significance for enriching new cultivated varieties,which was obtained by crossing with 2-565 as female parent and Yuzi 263 as male parent through grafting,flowering,sexual hybridization and identification in multi-places by Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2005—2013.In 2010—2011 the Sichuan’s sweetpotato regional test,the average fresh yield,dry matter content and dry yield were 17 040.0 kg/hm~2,30.9% and 6 208.5 kg/hm~2 respectively.In the production test,the average fresh yield and dry yield were 22 243.5 kg/hm~2 and 7 378.5 kg/hm~2 respectively.The fresh sweetpotato multi-sampling analysis showed that the total sugar content,protein content,vitamin C content,anthocyanin and selenium were 7.55%,0.83%,0.249 mg/g,0.375 2 mg/g and 0.39μg/g respectively,which was identified by the Sichuan Sweetpotato New Varieties Appraisal Committee in August 2013.It showed high yield,good taste for cooking,rich in anthocyanin,good marketable,resistance to black rot,resistant storage,which is a suitable for food and food processed variety,and suitable for planting in moderate fertility field.
