【摘要】 为客观评价食用淀粉两用型甘薯品种的优劣,将食用品质、烘干率、鲜薯产量、耐贮性、外观、薯肉颜色、大中薯率、黑斑病抗性、茎线虫病抗性、根腐病抗性作为具体评价指标,分别赋值,并作统一处理,最终达到对不同品种进行综合评价的目的.烟薯26综合评分0.915,居第1位.该品种品质较好,烘干率和鲜薯产量均较高,且外观、耐贮性和薯肉颜色均较为理想,是参试品种中适宜食用和淀粉两用的甘薯品种,2015年通过山东省品种审定委员会审定.更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the dual-purpose sweetpotato varieties for table-starch use accurately,the fresh yield,dry matter content,appearance,flesh colour,large and medium rate of storage roots,edible and storage quality,resistance to black rot,stem nematode and root rot in sweetpotato as evaluating indicators were tested,and the comprehensive assessment of different sweetpotato varieties was extracted using assignment analysis.Yanshu 26 was approved by Shandong Provincial Crop Varieties Appraisal Committee in 2015.The comprehensive score of Yanshu 26 was 0.915,It was the first in all varieties.Yanshu 26 had fine eating quality,higher dry matter content and fresh yield,better storability and excellent appearance and flesh colour.In conclusion,Yanshu 26 is the preferred edible starch dual-purpose sweetpotato variety.更多还原
