【摘要】 目的探讨持续质量改进(CQI)缩短主动脉夹层患者术前准备时间的效果。方法选取接受A型主动脉夹层全弓置换术的患者50例,根据CQI实施情况分为未改进组27例和已改进组23例。比较2组术前无菌台整理、消毒及铺巾的时间。结果已改进组术前无菌台整理、消毒及铺巾的时间显著短于未改进组(P <0. 01);实施CQI后,巡回护士打开无菌包的次数及手术医生铺巾次数均大幅减少。结论实施CQI能显著缩短主动脉夹层患者术前准备的时间,减少医护人员术前准备工作量,提高术前准备率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficiency of continuous quality improvement(CQI) in shortening preoperative preparation time of patients with aortic dissection. Methods Totally 50 patients with type A aortic dissection were selected and treated with total arch replacement. According to implementation of CQI,the patients were divided into unimproved group(n = 27) and improved group(n = 23). The time of managing sterile instrument table,disinfection and towel laying before operation were compared between the two groups. Results The time of managing sterile instrument table,disinfection and towel laying in the improved group were significantly shorter than those in the unimproved group(P < 0. 01). After the implementation of CQI,the times of the sterile bags opened by the circulating nurses and the times of laying the towels by surgeons significantly reduced. Conclusion The implementation of CQI can significantly shorten the preoperative preparation time of patients with aortic dissection,reduce the workload of preoperative preparation of medical staffs,and increase the preoperative preparation rate.更多还原
