【摘要】 目的探讨全面护理干预在晶状体脱位继发青光眼患者标准三通道经睫状体扁平部玻璃体切割术围术期中的应用效果。方法选取晶状体脱位继发青光眼患者86例(86眼),随机分为观察组和对照组各43例(43眼)。2组均行标准三通道经睫状体扁平部玻璃体切割术治疗,对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以全面护理干预。比较2组并发症发生情况及护理满意率,以及干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化。结果观察组并发症发生率4.65%低于对照组的20.93%(P<0.05);干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率93.02%高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预应用于晶状体脱位继发青光眼行标准三通道经睫状体扁平部玻璃体切割术围术期患者中,可缓解患者负性情绪,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of comprehensive nursing in lens dislocation patients with secondary glaucoma in perioperation.Methods A total of 86 lens dislocation patients(86 eyes) with secondary glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases(43 eyes) per group.Both groups were treated with standard three-channel ciliary body vitrectomy.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction rate were compared.The changes of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) before and after intervention were compared.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.65% vs.20.93%,P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.02% vs.74.42%,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied to lens dislocation patients with secondary glaucoma undergoing standard three-channel ciliary body vitrectomy in perioperative period can alleviate negative emotions,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction rate.更多还原
