【摘要】 目的探讨膝关节镜下关节清理术联合去神经化治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取70例KOA患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用单纯膝关节镜下关节清理术,观察组采用膝关节镜下关节清理术联合去神经化。比较2组术前及术后3、6个月的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节HSS评分(HSS)、膝关节活动度(ROM)。术后6个月进行膝关节综合评分表评定。结果术后3、6个月,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,HSS评分及ROM高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。术后6个月,观察组膝关节综合评定结果显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在膝关节镜下关节清理术的基础上进行去神经化的治疗能够有效减轻KOA患者的疼痛症状,改善膝关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of arthroscopic debridement of knee joint combined with denervation in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis( KOA). Methods Totally 70 KOA patients were randomly divided into observation group( n = 35) and control group( n = 35). The control group was treated with simple arthroscopic debridement of knee joint,while the observation group was treated with additional denervation on the basis of control group. The VAS score,HSS score of knee joint and range of motion( ROM) were compared before operation and3,6 months after operation between two groups. Comprehensive assessment on the knee joint was performed at 6 months after operation. Results The VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in controls at 3 and 6 months after operation( P < 0. 05),while the HSS score and ROM were significantly higher than those in controls at the same time points( P < 0. 05). There was significant difference of comprehensive assessment on the knee joint between the two groups at 6 months after operation( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement of knee joint combined with denervation can effectively alleviate the pain of KOA patients,and it can improve function of knee joint.更多还原
