【摘要】 目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的防治方法。方法回顾性分析54例胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床资料。胰肠吻合全部采用贯穿缝合式胰肠吻合术。结果术后B级胰瘘2例,胆瘘2例,出血1例以及胃排空障碍1例,无死亡病例。结论精细的手术操作、简单可靠的胰肠吻合方法以及合理的技术改进可以减少术后并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore prevention and treatment of pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods Clinical data of 54 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Penetrating-suture pancreaticojejunostomy was performed in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Results There were two cases with grade B postoperative pancreatic fistula,two cases with biliary fistula,one case with hemorrhage and one case with gastric emptying obstruction,no death case was found. Conclusion Postoperative complications can be avoided by delicate operation,simple and reliable pancreaticojejunostomy and reasonable technical improvement.更多还原
