【摘要】 目的探讨根本原因分析法(RCA)在精神科住院患者跌倒管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院精神科2014年1月—2015年6月3 245例不实施RCA患者为对照组;选取2015年7月—2016年12月3 406例实施RCA患者为观察组。采用RCA回顾分析上报于护理部的跌倒事件,找出根本原因,针对原因改进与优化护理流程。结果干预后,观察组跌倒的发生率0.206%,显著低于对照组的0.493%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根本原因分析法(RCA)可以一定程度上减少精神科跌倒率,保障患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of root cause analysis( RCA) on fall management of psychiatric inpatients. Methods A total of 3 245 patients without RCA treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as control group,and 3 406 cases with RCA from July 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group. Fall events in psychiatric ward were reported in nursing department by retrospective analysis,the main reasons were find out,and nursing measures were improved,and corresponding nursing measures were optimized. Results After intervention,the incidence rate of falls in observation group was lower than that in the control group( 0. 493% vs. 0. 206%,P < 0. 05). Conclusion RCA method can reduce the occurrence of fall events in psychiatry inpatients and ensure the safety of the patients.更多还原
