【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预联合生物反馈治疗对老年功能性便秘患者远期疗效及生活质量的影响。方法筛选老年功能性便秘患者108例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组予以生物反馈治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以综合护理干预治疗,测定并记录2组治疗后及随访期时生活质量、心理状况及便秘临床症状积分水平。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者随访4年后的生活质量评分更高,心理状况评分及便秘临床症状积分水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预联合生物反馈治疗老年功能性便秘远期疗效好,患者心理状况评分较低,生活质量评分较高,临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with biofeedback therapy on the long term efficacy and quality of life in elderly patients with functional constipation. Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with functional constipation in our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into control group,treated with biofeedback therapy,and study group,treated by comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,psychological status and clinical symptom scores of constipation in two groups were measured and recorded. Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the study group had higher quality of life scores,and lower psychological status and clinical symptoms scores of constipation after 4 year follow-up( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with biofeedback therapy for elderly patients with functional constipation has a good long-term curative effect,lower psychological status scores,and higher quality of life scores,so it is of great significance in clinical efficacy.更多还原
