【摘要】 双膦酸盐是用于骨骼疾病及钙代谢性疾病治疗的一类药物,主要用于治疗骨质疏松症、佩吉特病、高钙血症等。同时临床研究显示双膦酸盐还可用于多发性骨髓瘤、乳腺癌、肾癌、前列腺癌等疾病的辅助治疗,改善患者的临床结局,尤其是唑来膦酸盐的抗肿瘤效果更具优势,被广泛应用于多种恶性肿瘤的临床研究。本文就双膦酸盐在肿瘤辅助治疗中的临床研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bisphosphonates are a class of drugs in the treatment of bone diseases and calcium metabolic diseases, and mainly indicated for osteoporosis, Paget’s disease, hypercalcemia, and so on. At the same time,clinical studies have shown that bisphosphonates can be used for the adjuvant treatment of multiple myeloma,breast cancer, kidney cancer, prostate cancer and other diseases and improve the clinical outcome of patients.Particularly, the anti-tumor effect of zoledronic acid is more advantageous. Zoledronic acid has been widely used in the clinical research of various malignant tumors. The clinical research progress of bisphosphonates in adjuvant therapy was reviewed in this paper.更多还原
