【Abstract】 Iron is a vital trace element of the body,which is involved in many important physiological processes such as the synthesis of hemoglobin. Hepcidin,as a key regulator of iron,plays a pivotal role in maintaining the iron balance of the body. Previous studies have demonstrated that iron metabolism disorder induced by hepcidin changes is a major factor leading to a variety of hematological diseases and malignant tumors. In this article,the research progress on hepcidin in hematological diseases and malignant tumors was summarized.更多还原
