三黄泻心汤配方颗粒和标准煎剂中主要有效组分含量对比研究

【摘要】 目的:对比三黄泻心汤配方颗粒和标准煎剂中主要有效组分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定三黄泻心汤配方颗粒和标准煎剂中黄连中主要有效成分小檗碱、表小檗碱、巴马汀、黄连碱;大黄中主要成分芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚和黄芩中主要成分黄芩素、黄芩苷、汉黄芩素等的含量,评价对比二者之间的区别。结果:三黄泻心汤配方颗粒与标准煎剂相比较,表小檗碱、巴马汀、大黄素甲醚的含量增加程度均小于10%,黄连碱、小檗碱、黄芩苷、大黄素的含量增加10%~20%,而黄芩素、汉黄芩素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚的含量均增加20%以上,高于三黄泻心汤标准煎剂。结论:三黄泻心汤配方颗粒与标准煎剂的化学成分存在一定差异,有待进一步开展生物等效性研究,从而为临床引用提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the similarities and differences between the main active components of S Sanhuang Xiexin dispensing granules and standard Decoction. Methods: HPLC were used to determine the contents of berberine,epiberberine,palmatine,Coptisine in Huanglian; aloeemodin,emodin,rhein,Chrysophanol,physcion in Dahuang; baicalein,baicalin,wogonin in Huangqin of Sanhuang Xiexin dispensing granules and standard Decoction. Results: About Sanhuang Xiexin dispensing granules,the increase of epiberberine,palmatine and physcion ether was less than 10%,and the increase of Coptisine,berberine,baicalin and emodin was higher than that of standard decoction 10% to 20%,and baicalein,wogonin,aloeemodin,rhein,Chrysophanol were increased by more than 20%,higher than Sanhuang Xiexin standard Decoction. Conclusion: There are some differences in the chemical composition of S Sanhuang Xiexin dispensing granules and standard Decoction,and it is needed carry out further research on bioequivalence to provide scientific basis for clinical reference
