【摘要】 总结许丽绵辨治尿道炎合并盆腔炎经验。许丽绵运用中医理论结合临证实践,辨证论治,提出尿道炎与盆腔炎的致病基础可以相互影响,互为因果,忽视盆腔炎独治尿道炎难以收获理想疗效,二者的主要致病机理为湿瘀之邪蕴结于胞宫、胞脉,冲任带脉功能失调。治疗以清热祛湿、利尿通淋、行气活血止痛为主,佐以健脾益肾,衷中参西,综合用药,并注重日常调护、心理疏导。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes XU Li-mian’s experience in the treatment of Urethritis complicated with Pelvic Inflammation Disease( PID). Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and clinical practice experience,professor XU proposed that Urethritis and PID could caused by same pathogenic factors and the two diseases can induce the happening of each other. It was difficult to reach the expected curative effect of Urethritis when the treatment of pelvic inflammation was ignored. The two diseases are mainly caused by dampness and Blood-stasis blocking in uterus and its vessels,or the functional imbalance of Chong,Ren and Belt channels. The treatment was mainly to clear heat and dampness,promote diuresis and relieve stranguria as well as promote Qi and activate blood to alleviate pain. Besides,the method of fortifying spleen and kidney and relative western medicine were chosen for specific condition. Furthermore,daily care and psychological guidance played an important role in the treatment.更多还原
