【摘要】 目的观察不同程度脓毒症与白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血乳酸(Lac)水平的关系,为脓毒症的早期诊断及治疗提供临床依据。方法选取该院儿科2015年10月至2017年10月收治的102例脓毒症患儿作为研究对象,依据《儿童脓毒性休克(感染性休克)诊治专家共识(2015版)》诊断标准分为脓毒症组(49例)、严重脓毒症组(35例)和脓毒性休克组(18例)。对三组患儿的一般资料、临床表现、辅助检查结果及预后进行回顾性研究。结果严重脓毒症组及脓毒性休克组WBC、CRP、PCT、血Lac水平及血培养阳性率、死亡率均高于脓毒症组,而血小板计数(PLT)低于脓毒症组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同程度脓毒症患儿血WBC、PCT、CRP、PLT及血Lac水平存在差异,可作为综合评估和预测脓毒症患儿疾病严重程度的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relationship between different degrees of sepsis with white blood cell(WBC)count,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and lactic acid(Lac)levels to provide clinical evidence for its early diag-nosis and treatment. Methods One hundred and two children cases of sepsis in the department of pediatrics of this hospitalfrom October 2015 to October 2017 served as the study subjects and divided into the sepsis group(49 cases),severe sepsisgroup(35 cases)and sepsis shock group(18 cases)according to the diagnostic standard of the expert consensus on childrensepsis shock(infectious shock)(version 2015). Then the general data,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination results andprognosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results WBC count,CRP,PCT and blood Lac levels,blood culture positive rate anddeath rate in the severe sepsis group and septic shock group were higher than those in the sepsis group,while PLT count waslower than that in the sepsis group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion WBC count,PCT,CRP,PLT and blood Lac levels have difference among the children patients with different degrees of sepsis,which can serve asthe important indicators for comprehensively evaluating and predicting the disease severity in children patients.更多还原
