【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗阴茎癌的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2017年10月13例阴茎癌患者,行腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结清扫术,评估手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及术后住院时间等。结果 13例患者均在全身麻醉下成功施行腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结清扫术,平均手术时间为176 min,平均出血量为20 m L,双侧腹股沟平均清扫淋巴结12个,平均住院时间8.7 d,术后恢复佳,无皮肤感染、缺血坏死、血肿等并发症,无复发。结论阴茎癌患者行腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结清扫术安全、可行,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection for the treatment of penile carcinoma.Methods From June 2015 to October 2017,13 cases of penile carcinoma were selected and underwent by laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection.The operative time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative complications and postoperative hospitalization time were evaluated. Results Laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection was successfully performed in 13 patients under general anesthesia.The average operation time was 176 min,the average amount of bleeding was 20 m L,the average number of lymph node dissection in bilateral groin was 12,and the average hospitalization time was 8.7 d.The postoperative recovery was better,and no complications such as skin infection,ischemic necrosis and hematoma were observed after operation.No recurrence occured.Conclusion Laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection in the treatment of penile carcinoma is safe and feasible,which is worth clinical popularizing.更多还原
