五色梅总黄酮抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用的研究
Effects on anti-inflammation,analgesia,anti-hypoxia,anti-fatigue of total flavonoids of Lantana camara
【摘要】 目的探讨五色梅总黄酮对小鼠的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。方法选取健康昆明小鼠180只,随机分为五色梅总黄酮高剂量组(40只)、五色梅总黄酮中剂量组(40只)、五色梅总黄酮低剂量组(40只)、健康对照组(40只)和阿司匹林组(20只)。每组每次取10只小鼠进行实验,其中阿司匹林组只参与抗炎和镇痛实验。灌胃给药后比较各组耳壳肿胀程度、扭体次数、缺氧存活时间、负重游泳时间、小鼠比目鱼肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血清尿素氮、血乳酸、肝糖原、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果与健康对照组比较,五色梅总黄酮能有效地抑制二甲苯引起的耳壳肿胀,降低扭体次数,增加缺氧存活时间和负重游泳时间,提高SOD活性,降低MDA水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。五色梅总黄酮高、中剂量组血清尿素氮、血乳酸水平均明显低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五色梅总黄酮具有抑制炎症、减少疼痛、提高耐缺氧能力及抗疲劳作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of anti-inflammation,analgesia,anti-hypoxia,anti-fatigue of total flavonoids of Lantana camara in mice.Methods 180 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into the high dose group of total flavonoids of Lantana camara(40 mice),the middle dose group of total flavonoids of Lantana camara(40 mice),the low dose of total flavonoids of Lantana camara(40 mice),the healthy control group(40 mice)and the aspirin group(20 mice).10 mice were took in each group at each time,and the aspirin group was only involved in the anti inflammation and analgesic experiments.After intragastric administration,the swelling degree of the ear shell,the number of twisting body,the anoxic survival time and the loaded-swimming time,the activity of murine soleus superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the level of serum urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid,liver glycogen and malondialdehyde(MDA)were compared in all groups.Results Compared with the healthy control group,the total flavonoids of Lantana camara could effectively inhibit the swelling degree of the ear shell caused by xylene,reduced the numbers of twisting body,increased the anoxic survival time and the loaded-swimming time,improved the activity of SOD and reduced the level of MDA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid in the high and middle dose groups of total flavonoids of Lantana camara were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the total flavonoids of Lantana camara can inhibit inflammation,reduce pain,improve hypoxia tolerance and anti-fatigue effect.
