【摘要】 目的探讨采用考马斯亮蓝染色法测定维地西林涂剂中植物蛋白的含量。方法以无水乙醇为溶剂溶解维地西林涂剂,应用考马斯亮蓝G-250溶液对样品染色,在选取的波长处测定吸收度,计算制剂中植物蛋白含量。结果选择595 nm为测定波长;标准蛋白溶液在3.92～19.61μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,曲线方程为Y=0.036X-0.000 5(r=0.999 5);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.36%、1.62%和1.19%;平均回收率为95.8%;3份维地西林涂剂样品中植物蛋白含量RSD分别为0.75%、0.81%和0.78%。结论考马斯亮蓝染色法测定维地西林涂剂中植物蛋白含量具有方法简便、快捷、重现性好的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the determination of phytoproteins content in verdicyline paint by coomassie brilliant blue staining method.Methods The verdicyline paint was dissolved with anhydrous ethanol as solvent,and the sample was dyed by coomassie brilliant blue G-250 solution.The absorbance was measured at the selected wavelength,and the phytoproteins content in the preparation was calculated.Results The determination wavelength was 595 nm,and the standard protein solution showed a good linear relationship in the range of 3.92 to 19.61 μg/m L.The curvilinear equation was Y=0.036 X-0.000 5(r=0.999 5);the precision,the stability and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the repeatability test were 0.36%,1.62% and1.19% respectively;the average recovery rate was 95.8%;the RSD of phytoproteins content in three samples were 0.75%,0.81% and 0.78% respectively.Conclusion The coomassie brilliant blue staining method is simple,quick and reproducible in the determination of phytoproteins content in verdicyline paint.更多还原
