【摘要】 目的对红冬蛇菰可能含有的化学成分进行预实验,并对其总酚和总黄酮含量进行测定。方法采用化学反应鉴别方法分别对红冬蛇菰的乙醇提取液、水提取液和石油醚提取液进行研究,并通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应对红冬蛇菰可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究和分析;采用福林-酚比色法和硝酸铝络合分光光度法分别测定红冬蛇菰乙醇提取物中总酚和总黄酮含量。结果红冬蛇菰中可能含有多糖及其苷类、黄酮、酚类、鞣质、内酯、香豆素、甾体、三萜、油脂等化学成分,其中总酚中位体积分数为19.84%,总黄酮中位体积分数为30.42%。结论初步确定红冬蛇菰中具有多种有效成分,为红冬蛇菰的进一步开发利用提供了实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conduct the preliminary experiment on balanophora harlandii possible containing the chemical components and to measure its total phenols and total flavonoid content. Methods The chemical reaction identification method was adopted to study the ethanol extracting solution,water extracting solution and petroleum ether extracting solution.The precipitation reactions or color reactions of multiple indicators and color developing agents were used to conduct the preliminary study and analysis on possible containing chemical components in balanophora harlandii. The contents of total phenols andtotal flavonoids from balanophora harlandii ethanol extracting solution were determined by adopting the Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric method and Al(NO3)3 complexation spectrophotometric method respectively. Results Balanophora harlandii might contain the chemical components of polysaccharide,glycosides,flavonoids,phenols,tannins,lactones,coumarins,steroids,triterpenoids and grease,in which the median volume fractions of total phenol and total flavonoid were 19.84% and 30.42% respectively.Conclusion It is preliminarily determined that balanophora harlandii contains multiple effective components,which provides an experimental basis for further developing and utilizing Balanophora harlandii.更多还原
