【摘要】 目的探讨重庆地区人群基底细胞癌临床和病理特征。方法对2014年1月1日至2017年6月30日重庆医科大学附属第一医院皮肤科病理实验室数据库中153例病理检查确诊为皮肤基底细胞癌患者的临床和病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 153例患者平均发病年龄(63.40±14.71)岁,60岁以下者占34.641%(53/153);男女比例0.72∶1;病程1个月至70年,中位病程4年;以单发性基底细胞癌较为多见[98.039%(150/153)],多发性基底细胞癌3例(1.961%)。病理类型以结节型最常见[69.935%(107/153)],其次为浅表型[14.379%(22/152)]。结节型基底细胞癌以发生于头颈部最多[87.850%(94/107)],位于躯干及四肢占12.150%(13/107),非结节型基底细胞癌占30.065%(46/153)。临床与病理诊断符合率为81.046%(124/153)。结论基底细胞癌好发于老年人,多见于女性,青中年患者占相当比例。病程长,多发性基底细胞癌少见。主要分布于头颈部,病理类型以结节型为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical and histopathological characteristics of basal cell carcinoma(BCC)of people in Chongqing.Methods The clinical and pathological of 153 cases of skin basal cell carcinoma diagnosed in the da-tabase of Pathology Laboratory of Department of Dermatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical Universityfrom January 1,2014 to June 30,2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 153 patients enrolled,the male/femaleratio was 0.72∶1.The average age was(63.40±14.71)years.Among the patients younger than 60 years who occupied 34.641%(53/153).The duration of the disease ranged from 1 months to 70 years,with a median course of 4 years.[98.039%(150/153)was seen in single basal cell carcinoma,and multiple basal cell carcinoma in 3 cases(1.961%). The most common pathologicaltype was nodular type [69.935%(107/153)],followed by superficial [14.379%(22/152)].Nodular basal cell carcinoma oc-curred at the head and neck of most [87.850%(94/107)),located in the trunk and extremities of 12.150%(13/107),and nonnodular basal cell carcinoma(30.065%)(46/153). The coincidence rate between clinical and pathological diagnosis was81.046%(124/153).Conclusion Basal cell carcinoma frequently occurred in the elderly and is more common in women,Theyoung and middle aged patients occupy relative higher proportion.The tumor has a long course and multiple BCC cases are sel-dom.They are mainly distributed in the head and neck,and the pathological type is mainly nodular.更多还原
