火焰喷焊Ni基涂层微观结构及耐摩擦磨损性能的研究
Study on Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Flame Spray Welding Ni-based Coatings
【摘要】 以53~150μm的Ni60A、Ni60CuMo、Ni60WC10粉末为原料,采用Castolin SuperJet—S喷焊系统制备各涂层。应用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和摩擦磨损设备分析涂层的微观结构和耐摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,Ni60A、Ni60CuMo、Ni60WC10涂层硬度均较高(HRC>57.0),涂层孔隙率低(<1.0%),涂层与基体呈冶金结合;各涂层以Ni基固溶体衍射峰为主,Ni60WC10层中出现明显的WC衍射峰;Ni60WC10涂层的耐磨擦磨损性能较Ni60A涂层提高了约2.5倍,较Ni60CuMo涂层提高了约3.5倍。
【Abstract】 Using Ni60A,Ni60CuMo and Ni60WC10 powders of 53~150μm particle size as raw materials,the corresponding coatings were prepared with Castolin SuperJet—S flame spray welding system.The microstructure and wear resistance of the coatings were analyzed by metallographic microscope,X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and friction and wear test machine.The results show that all the Ni60A,Ni60CuMo and Ni60WC10 coatings exhibit high hardness(HRC>57.0)and lower porosity(<1.0%),and there is metallurgical bond between the coating and the substrate.The main diffraction peaks of each coating are from Ni-based solid solution,and there is obvious WC diffraction peaks in the Ni60WC10 layer.The wear resistance of Ni60WC10 coating is about 2.5 times higher than that of Ni60A coating and about 3.5 times higher than that of Ni60CuMo coating.
