从球毛壳霉固体发酵产物(Chaetomium globosum)中分离得到一个新的生物碱类化合物和5个已知的化合物,通过多种波谱学方法鉴定了所分离化合物的结构,分别为6-异戊烯基-吲哚甲酸酯(1),N-乙酰基-L-色氨酸(2),xylariol(3),(methoxymethyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (4), ergosterol (5), ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (6)。其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2和3为首次从该真菌中分离得到。 |

【英文摘要】 |
A new alkaloid, methyl 6-(isoprenyl)-1 H-indole-3-carboxylate(1), was isolated from the solid culture broth of fungus Chaetomium globosum, together with five known compounds, including N-acetyl-L-tryptophan(2), xylariol B(3), 5-(methoxymethyl)-1 H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde(4), ergosterol(5) and ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(6).
