基于磁致链化效应的磁控粗糙表面及其疏水特性

【摘要】 基于自清洁、表面减阻等技术需求,近年来,超疏水表面及其制备技术广受关注.基于铁磁颗粒在聚合物基体中的磁致链化,通过构建具有微米级随机山状突起特征的磁控粗糙表面(magnetic roughness surface,MRS),其水滴接触角可达150°以上,呈现超疏水特性.通过对MRS制备过程中固化磁场强度、铁磁颗粒粒径及含量等因素进行研究,建立了MRS规则锯齿结构模型,仿真分析了锯齿结构高宽比和间距比对表面疏水性的影响.

【Abstract】 Based on the technical requirements of self-cleaning,surface drag reduction,superhydrophobic surfaces and their preparation techniques have received wide attention in recent years.Based on the magnetic chaining of ferromagnetic particles in the polymer matrix,by constructing a magnetic roughness surface(MRS)with micron-scale random mountain-like protrusions,the contact angle of water droplets can reach150°or more,presents superhydrophobic properties.In this paper,regular serrated structure model of MRS was established by studying the factors of solidified magnetic field strength,ferromagnetic particle size and content during the preparation of MRS.The influence of aspect ratio and pitch ratio on the surface hydrophobicity of sawtooth structure was analyzed.
