加入电磁屏蔽层的磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输系统优化
Optimization of Magnetically Coupled Resonant Wireless Power Transfer System with Electromagnetic Shielding Layer
【摘要】 分析了电磁屏蔽层对磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输系统耦合系数与品质因数的影响,发现其能使谐振频率发生偏移,降低系统的传输功率和效率.在此基础上,提出填充铁氧体材料的多层线圈设计方案,借助数学建模分析发现:该方案可提高系统自感和互感系数,提升系统的耦合能力和传输效率,达到优化加入屏蔽层后的无线电能传输系统参数的目的 .
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the influence of electromagnetic shielding layer on the coupling coefficient and quality factor of the magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer system,which makes the resonance frequency shift and reduces the transmission power and efficiency of the system.On the basis of the design of multilayer coil filled with ferrite materials,by means of mathematical modeling,it is found that the scheme can improve the system of self-inductance coefficient and mutual-inductance coefficient,improve system coupling capacity and transmission efficiency,optimize wireless power transfer system parameters after adding a shielding layer.
