【摘要】 慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)好发于中老年人群,且病程演变迁延难愈,虚实错杂。中医认为脾胃虚弱、中焦气滞为CAG基本病机,且多从胃痞论治。香砂六君子汤由四君子汤化裁而来,具有益气健脾、行气化痰之功。本文基于中气虚滞理论探讨香砂六君子汤加减治疗老年CAG并举例临床验案,以期为运用香砂六君子汤及其加减方治疗CAG提供遣方用药思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is common in middle-to-old-aged population. Its course is protracted and mixture of deficiency and excess. TCM holds the view that basic pathogesis of CAG is the spleen-stomach deficiency and middle-jiao stasis, and it should be treated from stomach flatulence. Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction come from Sijunzi Decoction, and has the effects of tonifying qi and nourishing spleen and regulating qi and eliminating phiegm. Based on the theory of middle-jiao deficiency and stasis, this article discussed the mechanism of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction for the treatment of CAG in elder population, and took clinical medical cases as examples, with a purpose to provide prescription ideas for Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and its modified prescription for the treatment of CAG.更多还原
