【摘要】 目的探讨男性原发性肾病综合征（PNS）患者血清性激素和性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择新乡医学院第一附属医院肾内科2016年10月至2017年10月收治的20⁵0岁男性PNS患者30例为PNS组,另选择年龄梯度匹配的健康志愿者20例为对照组,采用化学发光法检测2组受试者血清雌二醇（E₂）、睾酮（T）、泌乳素（PRL）、黄体生成素（LH）、促卵泡刺激素（FSH）及性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）的水平。结果与对照组比较,PNS组患者血清E₂水平显著升高（P <0. 05）,FSH水平显著下降（P <0. 05）; 2组受试者血清T、LH、PRL、SHBG水平比较差异无统计学意义（P> 0. 05）。PNS患者血清E₂与FSH水平呈负相关（r=-0. 524,P <0. 05）,而与SHBG水平无明显相关性（r=0. 158,P> 0. 05）; SHBG与T水平呈正相关（r=0. 506,P <0. 01）。结论男性PNS患者体内存在性激素代谢紊乱,但与SHBG无明显相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of the levels of serum sex hormones and sex hormone binding globulin（ SHBG） in male patients with nephrotic syndrome（ PNS）. Methods Thirty male patients with PNS aged 20-50 years old in Department of Nephrology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as PNS group,and twenty male healthy volunteers were selected as control group. The levels of serum estradiol（ E₂）,testosterone（ T）,prolactin（ PRL）,luteinizing hormone（ LH）,promote the follicle-stimulating hormone（ FSH） and SHBG were detected by the chemiluminescence method. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of E₂ was higher and the FSH level was lower in the PNS group（ P < 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the level of T,LH,PRL and SHBG（ P > 0. 05）. In the patients with PNS,E₂ level was negatively correlated with FSH（ r =-0. 524,P < 0. 05）,but there was not correlation between E2 and SHBG（ r = 0. 158,P > 0. 05）. E₂ level was positively correlated with T（ r = 0. 506,P > 0. 01）. Conclusion The male patients with PNS have sex hormones metabolism disorder,and the changes have no obvious correlation with SHBG.更多还原
