不同环境水对自修复聚合物水泥防水涂料自修复性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同环境中的水对自修复聚合物水泥防水涂料自修复性能的影响。试验结果表明,裂缝自修复聚合物水泥防水涂料开裂渗水时在不同测试水条件下都能达到裂缝修复的效果;不同环境测试水中有机物质和可溶性无机盐对自修复堵漏有促进作用,且能明显加快修复堵漏时间;而测试水中的可溶性无机盐类对自修复堵漏的促进作用大于测试水中的有机质对自修复堵漏的促进作用。

【Abstract】 The effect of water in different environments on the repair performance of self-healing polymer cement waterproof coatings was studied. The test results show that the crack self-repairing polymer cement waterproof coating can achieve crack repair effect under different test water conditions when cracking and seeping water. Organic matter and soluble inorganic salt in different test water can promote self-repairing plugging and can significantly speeding up the repair and plugging time. The self-repairing plugging promotion effect of soluble inorganic salts in the test water is bigger than that of the organic matter in the test water.
