掺污泥蒸压混凝土砌块抗冻融性试验研究
Experimental study on freeze-thaw resistance of autoclaved concrete block with sludge
【摘要】 抗冻融性能是影响混凝土砌块耐久性的重要指标,我国幅员辽阔,寒冷地区的面积也较大,砌块长期在这种环境下服役势必有不同程度的冻融损伤。用污泥混合粉煤灰、水、生石灰等材料后制成砌块,同时对砌块的抗冻融性能进行测试。结果表明,混掺污泥比例越高,制作的蒸压混凝土砌块的抗压强度有所下降,但在一定掺量范围内抗冻融性能符合GB 13544—2011《烧结多孔砖和多孔砌块》要求。
【Abstract】 The anti-freeze-thaw performance is an important factor affecting the durability of concrete blocks. The area in China is vast and the area of cold regions is also large. Block long-term service in this environment is bound to have different degrees of freeze-thaw damage. Block is prepared by using sludge mixed with fly ash,water,lime and other materials,while the freeze-thaw resistance of the block is tested. The results show that the higher the proportion of mixed sludge,the lower the compressive strength of autoclaved concrete block,but the freezing and thawing performance in a certain range meets the requirements of national standard GB 13544—2011 "Fired perforated brick and block".
