新型抗盐型丙烯酸聚合物/膨润土复合防水材料的制备

【摘要】 以膨润土为主要原料,丙烯酸单体为改性剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,用水溶液聚合法制备新型丙烯酸聚合物/膨润土复合防水材料(BPN)。研究了中和度、交联度、引发剂掺量、膨润土掺量及溶解水量等因素对BPN复合材料耐盐性的影响。结果表明:在中和度为100%,不加交联剂,引发剂、膨润土、溶解水用量分别为丙烯酸质量的1.56%、150%、193%时,BPN的耐盐性最佳,m(BPN)∶m(膨润土原矿)=1∶2混合后耐盐性达56 ml/2g。耐盐性分析表明,BPN对盐溶液的耐受浓度相比膨润土有大幅提高。

【Abstract】 Using acrylic monomer as modifier and potassium persulfate as initiator,a new pattern waterproof material——BPN(bentonite-polymer nanocomposite) was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization from bentonite. The effects of the neutralization,the degree of crosslinking,the amount of the initiator,the amount of bentonite and the water content on salinity tolerance of BPN were studied. The results show that:when the neutralization is 100%,without crosslinking agent,the content of the initiator,bentonite and dissolved water is 1.56%,150% and 193% of the acrylic mass,BPN has the best anti-salt performance,the salinity of the mixture of BPN and bentonite in a 1∶2 ratio can reach 56 ml/2 g. Salt tolerance analysis indicated that BPN has a significant improvement in tolerance of salt solution compared to bentonite.
