从计算机集成制造到“工业4.0”

【摘要】 首先,简要概括了现代制造模式产生的背景;回顾了现代制造模式的演变历程,以及制造业信息化发展进程;给出了对"工业4.0"的粗浅认识,以及中国航天科工集团公司的研究与应用进展。最后得出结论:"工业4.0"是在云计算、物联网/务联网、人工智能及大数据等信息通信技术快速发展推动下产生的,是继计算机集成制造、并行工程和敏捷制造之后一种新的智能制造模式。

【Abstract】 Firstly,the background of the modern manufacturing paradigm was briefly summarized; and the evolution of the modern manufacturing paradigm and the informationization of manufacturing industry were reviewed. Then the superficial understanding of"Industry 4. 0"was proposed,and the research and application progresses of Chinese Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation were presented. The conclusion is that "Industry 4. 0"came from the rapid development of the Information and Communication Technology( ICT) such as cloud computing,internet of things/services,artificial intelligent,big data,and "Industry 4. 0 "is a new paradigm of intelligent manufacturing which follows with the paradigm of computer integrated manufacturing,concurrent engineering and agile manufacturing.
