【摘要】 针对某非标制造企业生产环境和企业实际需求,应用Arena仿真软件完成数据分析处理、订单预测、实际工时定额测定、原始仿真模型建立、改进策略分析与仿真优化方案对比等方面的研究,为企业提供可靠的制造系统改进策略,使企业能够以较低的成本达到消除生产瓶颈、提高生产效率的目标。通过实例分析表明,该仿真模型成功模拟了企业实际生产过程,并通过实施改进策略有效地提升了制造系统效率,满足了企业的实际需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the demand of non-standard manufacturing enterprise,finished the data analysis and processing,order forecast,working hour,establishing the original simulation model and improvement strategy by using Arena software. It provides reliable improvement strategies for the enterprises,so the enterprise can achieve the elimination of production bottlenecks,improve production efficiency targets. The analysis shows that the simulation model successfully simulates the actual production process,through the implementation of strategy on the manufacturing system the solution can meet the actual needs of the enterprise.更多还原
