大坝碾压混凝土施工质量监控信息化系统研发与应用
Development and Application of Construction Quality Monitoring Information System for Dam Roller Compacted Concrete
【摘要】 为满足大体积碾压混凝土施工质量管理需求,便于作出科学合理的施工调控决策,结合大坝碾压混凝土施工质量控制指标,建立基于GPS实时监控和GPRS无线网络传输的碾压混凝土施工质量监控信息化系统。工程应用效果表明:信息化系统应用后,实现了对大坝碾压混凝土施工全程的实时在线连续监测,满足工程安全可靠、高效优质和快速施工需求。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of quality management for large-scale RCC construction, and formulate scientific and reasonable decision-making for concrete roller compaction control, combing with the control indicators for dam RCC, the real-time monitoring system has been established based on GPS and GPRS wireless network transmission. The application results show that the system can real-time on-line continuous monitor for dam RCC construction, which has been realized to the safety, reliability, high-efficiency, and high-quality and rapid construction requirements.
