【摘要】 针对高校会议安排中出现的各种问题,笔者设计开发了一套智能会议安排管理系统,该系统实现了会议安排、会议通知、会议室预约、会务工作、会议资料管理等功能。其中会议安排应用BP神经网络算法,实现智能会议安排与会议资源统筹,提高了会议室的使用率,节省会议组织者的时间,从而达到提高会务处理效率、降低办公成本的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 For all kinds of problems in meeting arrangements, the author designs and develops a set of intelligent meeting management system that realizes meeting arrangements, meeting notice, meeting room reservation, conference information management functions. Using BP neural network algorithm on meeting arrangement, the system realizes intelligent meeting arrangement and meeting resources planning, improves the utilization ratio of the conference room, saves time for conference organizers, achieving the goal that improving business efficiency and reducing the cost of office.更多还原
