【摘要】 当前企业大学在我国发展迅速且数量可观,但大部分企业大学还处于初步发展阶段,真正符合企业大学内涵的还很少。从教育学和管理学的基本原理出发,总结当前企业大学在课程建设、师资管理、教学方式和评估中存在的问题,并提出相应改进策略,可以为我国企业大学运行提供教学管理的指导,使企业大学尽快认清教学管理应有姿态,把握运行规律,促进企业大学功能的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, corporate universities are developing rapidly in China and their numbers should not be underestimated. However, most of them are still in their early stages and few are really in line with the connotation of corporate universities. Based on the principles of pedagogy and management, this paper summarizes the problems existing in curriculum construction, management of teaching staff, teaching approaches and evaluation and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies. They will play a guiding role in teaching administration at corporate universities and make them aware of its importance, grasp the law of school operation and realize the functions of corporate universities.更多还原
