利用城市污泥制备烧结砖的资源化研究进展

【摘要】 利用城市污泥制备烧结砖是资源化处置城市污泥的重要方式,但城市污泥的组成和性质与传统烧结砖原料有所区别,因此会对烧结砖的制备过程和产品性能产生各方面影响。为探究污泥制备烧结砖的原料适应性,从污泥物相与化学组成、可塑性与粒度分布、燃烧与热解性质方面综述了其作为原料制备烧结砖的性能特点,并结合不同烧结制度分析了污泥在重金属、有毒气体、粉煤灰等方面对环境的影响负荷,有助于更好推动城市污泥在烧结砖制备过程的资源化利用。

【Abstract】 The application of municipal sludge to prepare fired bricks is an important municipal sludge resourcemethod. However, the composition and properties of sludge are different from those of conventional fired bricks,therefore, it will have various impacts on the preparation process and product performance of fired bricks. In orderto research the adaptability of sludge in producing bricks, this paper summarizes the characteristics of sludge as rawmaterials for fired bricks from the aspects of phase and chemical composition, plasticity and particle size distribu-tion, combustion and paralysis. Bedsides, the influence of heavy metals, toxic gases, and fly ash on the environmen-tal impact of sludge bricks under different conditions are also analyzed, which helps to promote the utilization of mu-nicipal sludge in the preparation of sintered bricks.
