【摘要】 目的分析颈椎眩晕症患者采用中药辩证施治联合按摩旋转复位法治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月—2018年1月在该院就诊的70例颈椎眩晕症患者,按照不同治疗方式采用电脑随机分配法分为实验组(35例,采用中药辩证施治联合按摩旋转复位法治疗)和对照组(35例,采用按摩旋转复位法治疗),对比两组患者治疗前后眩晕症状评分以及治疗效果等情况。结果两组患者治疗后眩晕症状评分相对于治疗前均有所下降(t=2.212,P<0.05),但实验组患者治疗后眩晕症状评分更低于对照组(t=6.234,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率94.3%显著高于对照组71.4%(χ~2=19.284,P<0.05)。结论颈椎眩晕症患者采用中药辩证施治联合按摩旋转复位法治疗的临床效果良好,可有效改善患者眩晕症状,可在临床上广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of differential treatment with herbal medicines combined with massage rotating reduction method in treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 70 cases of patients with cervical vertigo diagnosed in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each according to different treatment ways, the experimental group were treated with differential treatment with herbal medicines combined with massage rotating reduction method, while the control group were treated with massage rotating reduction method, and the dizziness score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The dizziness symptom score after treatment of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(t=2.212, P<0.05), but the dizziness symptoms cores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(t=6.234,P<0.05), and the total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(94.3% vs 71.4%,χ~2=19.284,P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of differential treatment with herbal medicines combined with massage rotating reduction method in treatment of cervical vertigo is good, which can effectively improve the dizziness symptoms, and it can be widely promoted and applied in clinic.更多还原
